At Jubileye Health™, your comfort comes first—both for your eyes and your purchase. We stand behind Dry Eye & Glare Defense with a clear, fair guarantee so you can try it with confidence. If it isn’t a fit, we’ll guide you through a quick return and refund the purchase price once we receive your bottle back. Our policy applies to your first bottle from your first order, U.S. orders placed at jubileye.com only, and requires that you request an RMA within 30 days and return the bottle within 14 days. Eligibility

First bottle only from your first order of Jubileye Health™ Dry Eye & Glare Defense.

Purchase exclusively at jubileye.com (third-party sellers not covered).

Limit: 1 refund per product, per customer (or household), lifetime.

U.S. orders only.

Window

You must request an RMA within 30 days of delivery.

Product returned after 30 days of purchase and/or without an RMA number will not qualify for a refund.

Returns without an RMA or outside the window will be refused.

Refund Amount and Timing

Refunds the product price actually paid (after discounts).

Shipping is non-refundable.

Refund is issued to the original payment method after the return is received and verified.

Processing of refunds may take up to 30 days after receipt of returned product.

Return Required

You must return the bottle (opened or unopened) with a valid RMA we provide.

The return must be postmarked within 14 days of RMA approval.

Customer pays return shipping (trackable service required).

Multi-Packs and Subscriptions

The guarantee covers only one bottle from your first order.

Additional bottles are not refundable under this guarantee.

Order Cancellation

Web orders may only be cancelled if the product has not already been shipped. If shipped, please use the return process above.

Damaged/Defective Shipments

Report within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll replace or refund at our discretion.

Exclusions/Anti-Abuse

We may decline refunds for fraud, serial returns, multiple identities/addresses per household, chargeback abuse, or falsified delivery claims.

Wholesale/reseller purchases and third-party marketplace orders are excluded.

This guarantee doesn’t limit rights you may have under applicable law.

Complete our 60-second feedback form.

We’ll issue your RMA and return address.

Postmark the return within 14 days of RMA approval (customer pays postage).

We process your refund after the return is received and verified (allow up to 30 days).
