Aqueous (water layer): Hyaluronic Acid (120 mg) + Betaine (TMG, 500 mg) act as powerful osmolytes to attract and hold water. Electrolytes — Magnesium (200 mg), Potassium (100 mg), and Sodium (~100 mg from 250 mg sea salt) — support fluid balance and comfortable tear volume.
